1:1 Coaching Services:
The services provided by Bianca Isabella Karrer are generally conducted via GoogleMeet. 1:1 coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help the client identify and achieve her personal development goals. In coaching
conversations, Bianca Isabella will be direct and honest and encourage the Client to do the same.
The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and
openness to the process.
If the Client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the
Client agrees to communicate this to the Coach. Please note that life coaching should not be
used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or
substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or
therapy.
Coaching Confidentiality:
Bianca Isabella Karrer fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with her
Clients. At no time will Bianca Isabella voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between
herself and her Clients without vocal permission from the Clients, unless required to do so by
law.
The Client acknowledges that Bianca Isabella may use anonymized examples, including partial details, for educational, training, or teaching purposes, while ensuring the Client's identity remains protected.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client is responsible for joining the session on time and ensuring a stable internet connection.
The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the session depends on their active participation. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and

The Client acknowledges and agrees that all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from coaching sessions are the sole responsibility of the Client. Bianca Isabella Karrer, DBA Unmaskglow, is not liable for any loss, cost, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to financial loss, personal injury, or any other consequence arising from participation in coaching sessions.
Coaching Session:
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the GoogleMeet call and begin the
session. The Coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is
more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is
canceled and the client will receive a refund of 50% of their session fee.
Cancellation, Reschedules and Refund:
All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours prior to appointment. If session
is not rescheduled or canceled 12 hours prior, a 50% refund will be received, and a new
session will need to be booked.
Bianca Isabella Karrer, DBA Unmaskglow, reserves the right to reschedule any session due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be given as much notice as possible and offered a mutually agreed alternative session time.
All payments made to Unmaskglow are non-refundable. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understood the refund policy.
Payment & Failed or Declined Payments:
In the event a payment is declined, the client will be notified and must provide updated payment information within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.
The Client agrees to prepay in full for the Coaching session. All payments are non-refundable.
Digital Agreement:
By submitting payment and booking a Coaching Session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement remains in effect for all future coaching sessions booked by the Client unless otherwise amended in writing.
